These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Seco Fence & Fabrication (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting services, submitting payment, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Seco Fence & Fabrication provides:
- Wood fence installation
- Custom gates
- Fence repair
- Metal fabrication
- Mobile welding services
- Related residential services
All services are provided within the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area unless otherwise agreed.
2. Estimates
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Pricing may change if:
- Site conditions differ from what was originally discussed
- Underground obstructions are discovered
- Material costs fluctuate
- Project scope changes
Any adjustments will be communicated before proceeding.
3. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule.
• Deposits are applied toward the total project cost.
• Deposits allow materials to be ordered and project preparation to begin.
• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Failure to submit a required deposit may delay scheduling.
4. Payments
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via:
- Stripe (credit/debit card)
- Zelle
- Cash
- Check
Late payments may result in additional fees.
5. Project Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Material shortages
- Permit delays
- Acts of nature
- Unforeseen site conditions
We will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Property Conditions
The customer is responsible for:
- Identifying property lines
- Marking underground utilities (unless otherwise arranged)
- Ensuring access to the work area
Seco Fence & Fabrication is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect property line identification or unmarked utilities.
7. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship.
Warranty terms (if applicable) will be discussed at the time of service. Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Storm damage
- Improper maintenance
- Acts of nature
- Alterations made by others
8. Limitation of Liability
Seco Fence & Fabrication shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
9. Website Use
All content on this website is the property of Seco Fence & Fabrication and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
